Printer prints off-centre? Each computer sets its own correction under Printer setup.

Tick what to print, click a name to select it. Positions scale with the badge size; after changing orientation, reset and adjust again.
For photos added from now on, here and on the registration page. A plain background makes every badge look the same.
Use a dark colour on a light background, or scanners may not read it.
Long names shrink automatically to fit.
TTF, OTF, WOFF or WOFF2, up to 5 MB. Uploaded fonts are available in every event. If the font has no Arabic letters, Arabic names use Almarai.
The colour is the band at the bottom of the badge. Each type can have its own badge design and zones.
Areas a person may enter, shown on the badge as coloured squares with the short code. Give each type its zones above, or change them for one person in their Edit form.
Drag on the badge to move, drag the blue corner to resize. Arrow keys nudge 0.5 mm (Shift: 2 mm).
Send a link so guests register themselves; they appear under Attendees instantly. Make a separate link for each group (for example VIPs or speakers) to give them their own type and questions.
Draw the room, or start from a floor-plan picture or a list of tables, then place people on their seats. Their table and seat print on the badge and show at check-in and the kiosk.
Talks, workshops or dinners you want attendance for. At the door, open Check-in and pick the session. A capacity turns people away once it is full; a zone limits it to people with that zone.
People with access to YBN. Add anyone who has a MayadeenOPS account. Manager: design badges, import, delete. Desk: search, add walk-ins, take photos, print. Events: limit someone to the events they work on, so they never see other clients' guests. Only managers with all events create events and manage this list. MayadeenOPS admins always have full access. Remove takes away YBN access only; the MayadeenOPS account stays.

Moves everything when printing, to fix a printer that prints off-centre. Negative numbers move left / up.
Guests scan the QR code from their registration (or type the code under it) and their badge prints straight away. Each badge prints once from the kiosk; if someone needs it again, the kiosk sends them to the desk and staff reprint it from Attendees.

Then, after the first print, Chrome remembers the paper settings.Each badge prints as its own page, sized exactly to the label you picked under Badge design → Badge size.
Chrome and Edge remember these settings, so after the first badge it is one click.
